  The diffuser film is usually a diffuser layer with PET as the base material, and it will pass through a medium with a different refractive index, causing the light to undergo many phenomena of refraction, reflection and scattering, which can correct the light into a uniform surface light source to achieve optical diffusion effect.

   Therefore, the diffusion film mainly plays the role of correcting the diffusion angle in the backlight structure, which increases the light radiation area, but reduces the light intensity per unit area, that is, reduces the brightness. It is a secondary light source with a larger area, better uniformity and stable chromaticity after the light source is diffused by the diffusing material. It has the function of diffusing light, that is, the light will be scattered on its surface, and the light will be spread out softly and evenly.


  Usually, the basic structure of the diffuser film is to coat the optical diffuser particles on both sides of a transparent substrate such as PET. Whether it is the more widely used LED backlight or the traditional CCFL backlight, the light emitted is a point light source or a line light source, rather than a surface light source. However, through the diffusion film for the backlight module, it can be distributed into a uniform surface light source.


  When the light passes through the diffusion layer, the result of optical diffusion is obtained through optical phenomena such as refraction and reflection that occur continuously in two media with different refractive indices.


  However, the light transmittance of the existing diffusing film is low, and the diffusing effect is not good.


  Therefore, in view of the above problems, it is necessary to propose a diffusion film with good light transmittance and better diffusion effect
